Setup note
Find two solid anchor points (trees, posts or a frame) roughly 3-4 m apart, loop a strap around each, clip in, and aim for a gentle banana-shaped hang with the fabric about sitting-height off the ground. Is this a good camping hammock for backpacking in Australia?
Yes - it's designed to be lightweight and to pack down small, so it suits hiking and backpacking trips where you're carrying everything in. For overnighters in bush or alpine areas, pair it with the Bug Net, Rain Fly and a sleeping pad for warmth underneath.
Does the hammock come with straps and carabiners?
If you're hanging from trees, wide tree-friendly straps are kinder to the bark and won't bite into the trunk.
Can I use it without trees?
You need two solid anchor points around 3-4 m apart - trees and posts are easiest, or a hammock stand if you're setting up at home or somewhere without natural anchors.
Will it keep mozzies and leeches off me?

Is there a double (two-person) version?
