Change of mind — 30 days
You can return any item, bundles included, within 30 days of delivery if you change your mind. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at tkooutdoor@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send you the return address and instructions. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by you. Once we've received and checked the item, we'll refund your original payment method within 10 business days (your bank may take a few more days to show it).

Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If something arrives faulty or damaged, or isn't what you ordered, email us at tkooutdoor@gmail.com as soon as you notice, with your order number and a photo. We'll cover the return postage and repair, replace or refund the item.

12-month warranty
Our gear carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. To claim, email tkooutdoor@gmail.com with your order number, a short description and photos of the problem. If the claim is accepted, we'll repair or replace the item or refund you, and we'll cover the postage. Any costs of making a claim are otherwise yours. This warranty is given by TKO Outdoors, tkooutdoor@gmail.com.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The benefits of our warranty are in addition to your other rights and remedies under a law in relation to the goods.
